About the village

A small AI world, with a life of its own

Jevs Village is a live Jev AI simulation: a hosted, always-on AI village you can watch in your browser with nothing to install and no API key. Six inhabitants work, rest, share resources, and respond to their neighbours. Jev AI helps them choose what to do; the world keeps the consequences.

Meet Mira the miller, Bram the farmer, Nia the herder, Tomas the carter, Sela the innkeeper, and Old Père the elder. Follow one through the scene and the living chronicle to see how small decisions become a shared history.

The village persists on a server between visits. Its main decision cycle runs every ten minutes, subject to service availability and a daily allowance. The animation shows recorded activity; it does not make new AI decisions for every frame.

Who builds this: the AI Whisperer

I'm Cao Hung Nguyen, and I write as The AI Whisperer. My focus is AI companions and AI personality: how to give an AI a character that stays believable, remembers, and feels like someone rather than something. This village is where I try those ideas out.
